Did You Know?
I'm convinced that when we know better, we do better. Sometimes we are slow to make changes because we're stuck in habit and we value those things that we are familiar with and prefer. But change must happen in order for us to live our healthiest and best lives. With information at our fingertips, we cannot afford to bury our heads in the sand or wait for the media or government to protect and inform us. Stay alert and vigilant about what we put in our bodies and use in our homes. When we do better, we help our children live better. There is no need to perish for lack of knowledge.
